Richard is the company's top representative.
He develops and executes the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy, which includes business development, financial management, project oversight and quality control, while also leading day-to-day operations and maintaining client relations. He leads, supports and motivates each member of our team, ensuring that all parts of our system works efficiently to meet company goals and exceed client expectations. As a 3rd generation home builder with an extensive background in landscape, Richard loves a challenge and that every day is different than the day before.

STACY HUNT
Stacy plays a pivotal role in keeping the company on track by assisting the President meet deadlines and maintain schedules. She expertly handles the ins and outs of business banking and human resources, ensuring that everything is in place for smooth operations. Having spent years as a stay-at-home mom, Stacy deeply values the importance of a home that functions well and fosters joy, love, and laughter. For Stacy, it’s the ultimate honor when clients choose Hunt Brothers to build their homes.
Operations Coordinator
MEGAN FULTON
Megan wears many hats to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Serving as an administrator, new client consultant, draw coordinator and also plays a vital role in estimating and accounting. She works closely with each team member to helps keep all aspects of the process aligned. Additionally, she partners with homeowners to guide them through the entire project process, explaining financing, timelines, and what to expect next. Ultimately, Megan is dedicated to ensuring that each homeowner’s expectations are met. In addition to them being fully satisfied with their new home, her goal is for the building process to be stress-free and enjoyable!
Project Superintendent
PAUL ALLEN "BUBBA"
Paul manages day-to-day job site operations, creates and maintains job schedules, coordinates subcontractors, ensures adherence to timelines, and that all work meets high standards of craftsmanship and quality. He also works closely with the homeowners, reviewing every detail to ensure their vision is executed perfectly.​ As a veteran project superintendent, and a 2nd-generation home builder, Paul truly knows the ins and outs of each phase of constructing a home. From start to finish, he establishes a seamless and well-coordinated building process. Paul enjoys helping design and build families homes and getting to see their dreams come life.
Project Assistant
DIANE CARROLL
Diane supports the Project Superintendent in a variety of tasks essential to smooth project operations. Responsibilities include ordering materials, data entry, and managing accounts receivable. As an office assistant, the role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. Diane is a determined and dedicated team player with a can-do attitude, always ready to lend a helping hand. Diane’s old-school work ethic, loyalty, and humor make her a cherished member of the team.
