1 hour meeting at shop in Grandview w/ team

Meet the team! We will discuss design, budget and timeline. 

Discuss design your wants and needs, look at your Pinterest boards, discuss elements & finishes 

Find the perfect plan for you

We have a stockpile of floor plans and will offer suggestions based on your wish list or we can start from scratch!

Work with a draftsman on floor plans (our draftsman charges $1/ft)

Once we have final plans, we will send them out to our trades for bid (2-3 weeks)

1 hour meeting at shop in Grandview w/ team

Go over detailed cost breakdown

If you would like to proceed, we will need to accept the builder’s deposit and sign contracts

20 minute meeting w/ Coordinator or opt to eSign

Sign contracts

Bring builders deposit (3% of project or $4,000 for new build, this will be credited back to you at the end of the project)

We will provide your plans and cost estimate for you to take to the lender of your choice

Once the lender receives the appraisal back and you close we can get started!

1 hour meeting w/ Coordinator or fill out online form

Floor plugs (must be decided before slab is poured)

1.5 hour meeting on site w/ Project Superintendent

• Placement for outlets, tv outlets, can lights, under counter lights

• Placement for vents & unit 

Cabinets- Bring or send any pictures you have in mind

• Closet (only if it has doors or drawers)

1 hour meeting w/ Countertop rep

3 hour meeting at CW Lighting Rockwall w/ Coordinator or shop online and send your links

Light fixtures (interior & exterior)

Ceiling fans

Decide on paint colors and send paint form to Coordinator

Hardware (door knobs, closet rods, towel bars, hooks, toilet paper holder)

We will make notes of anything that needs to be fixed, adjusted, etc

45 mins at title company 

Close & hand you the keys!

After you move in, start adding to the punch list any item that needs to be fixed, adjusted, etc (this list is located on a tab called “Punch List” on your tracker)

We recommend living in the house for at least two weeks before submitting list

Once we receive punch list items, we will start scheduling the guys to come out. This will usually take about 2 weeks to complete (painter will be the last scheduled)

Settle on any outstanding balances due to Hunt Brothers Construction or any credits due to you the homeowner
